Health is something that many want to improve. I will finally put my plan of losing weight to action. Apparently, a very helpful factor to accomplish this is to keep a food diary which tracks what I eat everyday. Myfitnesspal is the most popular app according to lifehacker. I will start this and track my progress everyday.
