Something that just about anyone could use more of in their life is happiness. Everyone is capable of this emotion, but for how long and to what extent? This week I am going to attempt to alter my fairly average life into a happier one by following a set of rules created by Lifehacker Jeff Haden. Although I call myself average, what I do find odd about myself is my horrible luck. Maybe by implementing this hack into my daily life will I be able counteract the consequences of my luck and make my life less stressful, and therefore happier.
