I think that the concept of using small tricks to improve certain aspects of your life is really fascinating. This week, I was originally interested in a hack that would allow me to be more efficient or healthy, but then I realized that one of my main problems is lack of sleep. There’s some weeks that lack of sleep can’t even be avoided; this is one of those weeks. I found this hack about “how to function better while tired” and I thought it was extremely applicable to my situation. I’m pretty excited to try some of these tips out.
