My lifehack of just doing things rather than planning for them has had some positive results.  I’ve in total ran 9 miles this week and biked 40 miles.  I’ve made great progress in completing personal items on my checklist that has been sitting there for a very long time.  I recommend the life hack action vs. motion to anyone who is like me, a procrastinator at most things they aren’t required to do immediately.
