My life hack was writing down three things on a sheet of paper that I wanted to get accomplished the next day before I went to bed. The first night I wrote down that I wanted to finish a paper, I wanted to finish reading a book, and to work out. That next day all three things I wrote down were accomplished! I kept writing things I needed to get done down before I went to bed the entire week. Into the third day, I did not accomplish all three things I wrote down so I decided to write down more simpler things, like going to bed at a reasonable time, going over notes for a test that I had the next week and to eat breakfast. This being much simpler also worked. It is crazy how writing down something before you go to bed can get accomplished the next day!
